About

I am an Operations Lead and Project Manager in Commercial Member Services at a major health insurance company, where I lead AI adoption and integration for member service operations.

My career in health insurance spans 20 years, and the throughline is the same at every stage: take something complicated, make it work for real people, and leave the operation stronger than I found it. Over the past several years that has meant leading the operations side of AI adoption in member services, one of the most consequential shifts in how our teams work. Enterprise AI is a team effort, with strategy, technology, and people functions each carrying part of the load. The work I lead is where adoption actually happens: integrating AI tools into daily operations, building the training and quality frameworks around them, and preparing frontline teams to succeed with them.

AI in a healthcare contact center is not a technology project. It is a people project with a technology component.

What draws me to this work is the human side of it. Members calling about their health coverage deserve fast, accurate, compassionate answers. The employees serving them deserve tools that make their jobs easier, not more stressful. Getting both right at the same time is the work I care about most.

AI credentials

Eight professional AI credentials completed in 2026 through Vanderbilt University and Google, spanning prompt engineering, generative AI strategy, and applied AI for business leaders.

Beyond work. I live in the Chattanooga area with my husband and our two children. Away from the office I am a maker at heart: digital design, machine embroidery, and more craft projects than our house has room for.
